$200 for a small, 1,125sqft house that wasn’t very dirty to begin with-I had just cleaned 2 days prior- is overpriced as it is. $200 & the floors in the bedrooms & bathrooms weren’t cleaned & a tile in one bathroom was even cracked. Owner, Luz, lied & said we asked for those areas to not be cleaned (which makes no sense-why would I pay $200 & not want my floors cleaned) & that we had said the tile was already cracked. Another lie. We had our floors done a few days ago.brand new tile. They definitely weren’t cracked before.. Owner, Luz, also said we had things scattered everywhere so the cleaners couldn’t get to the floors, which wasn’t true at all. I was picking up a few items from one bedroom & asked the girls to get to that room last. I finished picking up some clothes off the floor within a few minutes. The back of the house where they started was good to go. They went into one of those rooms yet missed underneath the bed. They also didn’t get under one bathroom vanity cabinet. So they did the areas they’re claiming I asked them not to-they just didn’t do them thoroughly. In one bedroom there was dust on both night stands. It was a disappointment to say the least. The owner, Luz, was dishonest & disrespectful. She didn’t respect my wishes & harassed me, sending someone over unannounced & without my consent to “finish” the job when I preferred a partial refund. Exercise caution working with her.

Luz and her team are miracle workers. They are professional and very respectful. If you are looking at other cleaning services in San Diego, I'm telling you to call Luz first. Luz is an amazing person who wants to do the best for her clients and let me tell you, the work says it all. Her crew was on-time, deep cleaned, and were in and out quickly. They also wore masks the entire time which was very respectful. Cannot wait to use her team again :) Luz your team is fantastic! Service: Standard clean

Luz is incredibly professional, responsive, and loyal to her customers. She came over after a long days work just to walk through and give us a quote. The cleaning job is spectacular and I would recommend her and her team without reservation!

We used Luz for a move out clean and she was fantastic! She was super responsive and even came out a few days before to walk through the house and give an accurate estimate. When she was done she texted a video walkthrough of the freshly cleaned house which was so appreciated! She accepted payment via Venmo which made it super easy. I would definitely use her again! The first time Luz sent a cleaning crew to my house to do a deep clean, the only thing Teresa & Edita did to my son and daughter’s bedrooms was vacuum. I posted the 5 star review on yelp BEFORE I noticed they hadn’t cleaned my children’s bedrooms. When I brought my complaint to Luz’s attention and even texted her pictures, she apologized and said let them know the next time, so they can rectify it. When Luz came to do the initial walk-through of my home’s needs, she asked if I had a cleaning service previously, to which I replied yes. I told her I was looking to replace my previous cleaning crew, as the owner had moved. Luz said she could tell I had a previous cleaning service, as my house was pretty clean. My son‘s nurse was present during this conversation, so I was caught off guard and even shocked when she claimed I told her I hadn’t had my house cleaned in 10 years, after posting my second review. I hired Luz to send a cleaning crew two weeks later to do a standard cleaning. Teresa and Erica showed up this time. When I removed the dining room cushions off the chairs so they could dust, I noticed the rubber non-slip backing from some of the cushions was stuck on some of the chairs (the 4 we sit in when we eat). When I asked Erica to clean off the nonstick rubber backing off the chairs, she immediately called her boss, Luz, who asked to speak to me. After going back-and-forth for several minutes regarding my dissatisfaction of the non-slip debris on the chairs, I told Luz that I was done and told her to ask her crew to leave. I told her I wasn’t going to pay for shotty work. I didn’t think asking her crew to remove the debris from the chairs her previous crew caused to stick to some of the chairs was a lot to ask, considering that the crew she sent two weeks earlier didn’t do a good job on my deep cleaning, which she admitted and even apologized for. I posted pictures on yelp to back my complaint/dissatisfaction. The bottom line is I paid $300 for a deep cleaning that I didn’t fully receive. After I posted today’s review on yelp, Luz made a lot of false claims. She stated in a message to me, that I told her I hadn’t had my house cleaned in 10 years, which is a total lie. I have a special needs son; and have always hired a cleaning service to clean the inside of my house, so I can focus all of my time and attention on caring for my son. The bottom line is, her initial cleaning crew put cushions back on clean chairs before the chairs were dried from whatever cleaning product they used. The chairs were not permanently damaged, only needed a little bit of elbow grease, which was a little time-consuming for me, which I stated in my post. I thought it was kind of odd (after the initial cleaning) when she repeatedly asked me to put my check payment in a sealed envelope, so her employees could not see it. Now I know why she asked me to do that. She didn’t want her employees to see how much she was charging me, for whatever reason. If I could give this cleaning service a negative star, I would. If she is willing to lie about something as trivial as me not having my house cleaned in 10 years, there’s no telling what she’s capable of. She deflects the facts and is passive aggressive with her reply posts. My personal experiences with Luz is that she is unprofessional, untruthful, and has no integrity.
