        I took my hearing aids there for cleaning after having to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Kevin supposedly cleaned them but they came back with ear wax on them. Looked like they were not cleaned at all. Very disappointing. I am not going back there. There are other businesses that you can walk in for cleaning and they do a thorough job. I recommend Hear USA.

        I have been coming to the Rancho Bernardo center for years. I absolutely agree with other reviews that characterize the service they receive from Kevin as friendly, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable.
