Supercuts

Made a reservation. Told me that I still had to wait 45 minutes because there were 2 walk ins waiting before me. Was explained that reservations werent appointments when I asked then how do I make an appointment they told me they dont take appointments. So whats the point of the reservation?????? Been comming here for years and have watched this place fall lower and lower each time. Wont be coming here again.

I walked in without an appointment and the girl just asked me What do I need? and I toll her : I need a haircut, she say they don't have nothing available untill 11:30 a m but I don't like the way she treat me without calling me sir because I'm for sure double her age. even she avoid eye contact while talking and watching the computer monitor. Very bad experience if they don't accept walk ins why not put a sign by the front door.

5/25/21 "misha" cut my hair she looks nice but she keep telling me i have so much hair. And the chair keep up and down fulling my hair a little bit hard.. feels like shes not happy working on my hair. And it feels so bad that since she start working on my hair until she finish she keep saying you have a lot of hair. Service: Haircut
