I've been a member for 32 years. Overall, a good experience. When some challenges arose with my hair, stylist Eddie Bejarano, in the San center, was diligent, patient, and persistent until a solution was found. I highly recommend him. He has over 20 years experience in this industry. He is especially good for new and "adjusting" clients. He takes the initiative to help you leave as a happy customer.

If you get to choose your stylist, I highly recommend Eddie. Eddie educated me on everything regarding my hair. He was friendly and very professional.

I had an appointment yesterday. Upon arriving they told me I did not have any new systems and they will come in soon. We had to use a used system. I feel I should get credit for the monthly charge which includes a new system Please feel free to contact me Barry Penn

I purchased an 18 month package in September 2021 for $5,300. The package includes a monthly set of products to use at home and a monthly appointment with a stylist to provide service in person. The plan was supposed to come with quarterly reviews of progress using cameras that show how many hair follicles you have and how healthy they are. I haven't had an appointment since June 2022. They never answer their phones nor respond to voicemails and it's impossible to make an appointment. After 15 months of service ... my hair follicles were reviewed during my first appointment but have never been looked at again so I honestly don't know what kind of progress my hair has made, if any. The stylists themselves have been amazing and extremely friendly. It's the lack of communication after gladly accepting my $5,300 that's extremely frustrating. Since I can't get ahold of them on the phone, I plan to show up in person over the next few days (since my vitamins ran out) and just ask for my 9 months worth of product and never go back.
