        The BEST workout EVER! Kickboxing, boxing, and functional training all in one 50-minute class! It's engaging, explosive, energetic, motivating and ADDICTING! The trainers in PB are so inspirational and really encourage you to push yourself to the max! The Pacific Beach location is owned and run by the most amazing people who are also incredibly involved in the community. Get yourself in to try a class (first class is FREE) and I promise you, you'll be hooked instantly!

        I tried it once with zero experience and now on days that I dont go I dream about it. I absolutely love RockBox. I try to go 4 times a week. All the instructors are awesome, and I love the community they have built. Leaving Davids 5:30am class right now and feeling ready to take over the world. Great soundtrack today and the energy was limitless. Getting ready to go back to 1:1 training with Master Matteo and the Korean Sniper AJ to get my skill on. Love love love Rockbox.

        Ive been working out at RockBox for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it! Such a great workout led by amazing coaches who encourage you to do your best and support you in achieving your fitness goals. The facility is super clean, the people are great, and the music is always on point!
