Had a Groupon to try it out since it was my first time trying cupping. Not sure if this played role in experience... Began with being scheduled on an incorrect date ( they ended up not being open that date and I wasn't able to get a hold of someone ) and wasn't told what happened until night. I made the trip there and had planned out my day around the appointment. So my time and gas was wasted. Actual appointment day of they had scheduled 2 people at the same time. This is how I know they made an error the week before. The provider was nice and troubleshooted to make both appointments work but initially had asked if one of us was willing to wait. Which after being given a wrong date and having to plan my day around the appointment twice I was not willing to do. She had me start with in a chair where she did the majority of the cups. She went back and forth between us both. I didn't see the same cups being used which was good but she did not sanitize hands between us. She then had me be on the table where she did only 3 more cups. This is where I actually felt the cupping have more suction so felt as my experience was less than the other person's. I had to ask for the sheet to be changed on the table when it was my turn, she did remember to change the face covering on the table on her own. Overall poor experience and don't think I will be going back. I am happy I had a Groupon since the experience was so poor.

I go here to get my strength and conditioning in for bjj. Great instruction provided by Christina! They have an IR sauna and ice bath as well. Also, it's located on the side of the building facing the library. Google puts the marker on the wrong side for me.

Clean and friendly local gym in Linda Vista! Small class sizes with very motivating trainers. Everyone is always welcoming - especially to people of all abilities.

The workouts are challenging but not at a pace that's beyond my ability. Everyone is positive here. I'm so glad I joined.
