The design with the cost of the materials. James' team were the best we have dealt with after doing three major remodeling projects in the last three years. This project was to completely gut our kitchen replace with top of the line materials and integrate our diningroom with the kitchen. After seeing how each and everyone of his workings in action, I refer to them as craftsman because that is what they are, masters of their craft. The majority of the work was completed in two weeks that included demolition and all the rough work, extensive electrical, pluming, framing, drywall, tiling, and cabinet install, etc. After this, there was a two week downtime when the countertop fabricator (contracted through ProSource) came in and did their part. After which, James team returned for another week to put put the final touches on the job. What I appreicated most is that James and his team are meticulious. James is onsight for most of the work, one to manage the job, but more importantly, he prefers to handle the electrical and plumbing himself. When James isn't onsite his team continue in the same fashion, maticuliout attentention to detail. They answer questions, let you know what they are doing and why, explain when something out of the ordinary occurs, like when one of our walls so badly done when the house or previous remodel was done, that them built-in microwave couldn't be installed. James completely removed and reinstalled the drywall to ensuring that the cabinets and microwave were installed correctly and securely, without a change in the scope of work or additional charge. After the project is completed, James came back a couple of times. He would sit and discuss the overall project, our feelings about it, and all time he was getting out views but more importantly he was analyzing every detail of the work that was done picking out any minor flaw that needed corrected. The few that he did notice were completely oblivious to us. He had his team show up the next day and correct and tweak things so that it was perfect. I couldn't be more happier with the job that James and Next Level Home did for us. That cost was very reasonable and the quality was better than any other contract I have dealt with. I highly recommend Next Level Home for any project. James does not just do remodeling jobs (kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, etc.), he will build you an entire house from the ground up. He does any type of exterior of work to include swimming pools, hardscape, etc., the bigger the project the better. So, if you need a contractor for any type of job, contact Next Level Home.
