This vehicle is for my husband's work use. Ahora para rematar todo lo negativo de esta situación por el COVID-19 el dinero que teníamos para hacer un pago de nuestra deuda de $3400 lo vamos a tener que usar para pagar la grúa que remolco el vehículo mas el estacionamiento de quien sabe por cuantos dias ya que hoy es dia de fiesta nacional en USA. Hemos hecho pagos por este vehículo por 7 años ininterrumpidos un monto de $45700 y por $3400 se llevan el vehículo por reposición. Aun a sabiendas que estamos en una situación MUNDIAL DE PANDEMIA, esto es INCREIBLE y obviamente estamos afectados ahora económicamente y biologíca y mentalmente. El mundo esta como esta por gente como esta indolente, sin importar el daño que le puedan causar sus decisiones o políticas a sus consumidores. Mi esposo tuvo un pequeño ataque cerebral ocasionado por razones económicas y me preocupa que todo esto que nos esta pasando hoy con TOYOTA FINANCIAL puede causarle una recaída.

The worst lease ever this is my first time leasing from Toyota end it was a very bad experience when I return the Toyota it was a RAV4 and they took it to the third-party To estimate if there is something with the car and they charge me for tire wear up to $746 without showing me any picture of evidence that have a problem with the tires and they charge me for disposition fees of $350 This people there are unfair people they don’t even inspect the car when I bring it back to the dealer They told me to leave it and there is another third-party they will come and take it and they will inspect it so be careful stay from leasing Toyota

I went through a chapter 13 bankruptcy with a 100% pay back which means I pay everything I owe them for which they agreed with my attorney. I have completed my bankruptcy and was discharged in March 2020. They never contacted me saying I still owe them $ 1,367.87 ( which I do not owe them anything because of the bankruptcy) they sent me to collections amd no I can't even get a hold of anyone from the finance department to fix this problem. Terrible company and terrible customer service I would not recommend them to my enemy!
