This place has horrible service and is over priced. Avoid at all costs. I was told to pick up my clothes on a Saturday, so I went in and then the owner tells me to come in another time. I go in another time and she didn't even do the job I had asked for, AND blamed it on me. Worst part is that she was rude about it. How I said super horrible, do not go here. Oh and the job was poorly done...waste of my money and TIME!

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought a very expensive dress here to get dry cleaned because it cannot be machine washed and is a delicate fabric. When I picked it up, they had shrunk it to the size of a t-shirt. I brought it back and the gentleman behind the counter was actually very polite and contacted the owner for me. She told me to leave the dress there and she would take a look at it and call me back. She called me back and said she was thinking of maybe adding more fabric to make it longer. I said okay take a look at it and let me know what you think. One week went by and no response. I have called and left messages with her staff to have her call me and she will not. She has been dodging my phone calls for two weeks now.

Crooks. My bill was outrageous, and when I asked about the high price, their story kept changing. First they claimed they dry cleaned everything - including t-shirts - instead of laundering. I never asked for dry cleaning, and I've been having my shirts laundered for years, never dry cleaned.Second, they claimed they charged me a rush charge, although the order wasn't a rush and they never said it would be a rush. In fact, there was nothing rush about it. It took about 4 days to get done!Finally, when I disputed those facts, he said short sleeve shirts cost more than long sleeve shirts because short sleeve shirts don't fit on the mannequin. Sorry, that makes no sense at all. When I mentioned that it makes no sense, he said, "Well the cost of supplies has gone up."So which is it? Did you dry clean my clothes instead of laundering them?Or is 4 days now a "rush" job?Or do short sleeve shirts really cost so much more than long sleeve shirts?Or have the cost of your supplies gone up so much?The fact is, this company is DISHONEST and RIPS YOU OFF.

I own many vintage garments and have been turned down by several dry cleaners who offer tailoring, but won't work with vintage items. I was thrilled when Morgan agreed to consult with the owner and head tailor, Kamla, about a skirt of handmade fabric and homemade sewing. Though it was a challenging project, to my surprise and great delight Kamla said she was confident she could tailor the skirt to my specifics despite the pleats and age of the fabric. Her work was quick, exact and affordable. I lived in NYC for 20 years and I prefer to buy well-designed clothing that will last. I regularly had my clothes tailored at high end stores like Barneys and Bergdorfs, so trust me when I say the team at Daisy are experts at the craft of tailoring. And they are super friendly! I now take all my dry cleaning and tailoring to Daisy and am never disappointed.
