ReFind Deconstruction and Demolition

I couldnt recommend ReFind kitchens strongly enough. David, Dominique, Juliann and their team are professional, clear communicators, and a pleasure to work with. They have a can do attitude and genuinely seem to care about the work that they do. I would work with them again without a second thought.

The team that deconstructed our kitchen and large wall unit (Kenny, Cody and Alex) were professional, personable, diligent and tenacious. Despite some difficulties removing the installed cabinetry, they stuck with it and removed all of the cabinets, wall unit and 60 square feet of granite with no damage. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and support the concept of avoiding "demo and dump".

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. I found ReFind Kitchens when I was looking for a way to repurpose our existing kitchen and laundry room cabinets and countertops. I reached out to Habitat for Humanity and was referred to ReFind. Our cabinets were very well made and our granite countertops in perfect condition, so sending them to the landfill seemed like such a waste. ReFind was able to remove both without damaging them, taking them to be cleaned up and resold, with at least a portion of the proceeds benefiting Habitat for Humanity. Had I not used ReFind, my other option was using a traditional demolition company that wouldve smashed everything to pieces and sent it to the landfill, which wouldve been such a waste. And the cost of using a demolition company wouldve been more than what ReFind charged to remove them cleanly and neatly, as well as remove the appliances and retain those still of use and recycle those no longer functional. ReFinds staff was professional and excellent to work with. This was not their first rodeo as they knew exactly what they were doing. And in the process, they took great care of my house, protecting my carpets and furniture during the removal process and leaving the space neat and clean when they were done. I would highly recommend them for any work, and am especially grateful to see so much of what came out of my house be able to be repurposed instead of trashed. Thank you!

The amazing crew at ReFind Deconstruction did an top notch job at removing our kitchen cabinets and countertops to be recycled at Habitat For Humanity. They were very nice to work with, professional and impressive with the process they use to take apart our kitchen to reuse. I would highly recommend ReFind Deconstruction! It's refreshing to know someone else will use these cabinets and counters.

Kitchen remodel 101: Stop. Hire these people! From the start, this was a "too good to be true" process that turned out to be both too good and true! This is a forward thinking company run by delightful, hard working, punctual and thoughtful people who care deeply about the environment in their mission to repurpose kitchens for families in need. In a nutshell: A homeowner can choose to hire a traditional demo crew to smash things to bits and dump everything into a landfill or......hire Refind Kitchens, pay a similar fee to that of the demolition crew......AND.....have your kitchen gently removed and repurposed for a family in need through Habitat for Humanity. But if altruism isn't your thing and saving money is, then you're still in the right place. The same fee you'd pay a traditional demo crew can now be deducted IN ADDITION to the donation when you work with Refind Kitchens. What a great experience! The estimate was clear and scheduling a snap. No hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. They showed up on time, gently removed my entire kitchen, and delivered as promised in less time than expected. And, they cleaned up after themselves before they left! Why this isn't the norm is beyond me. A no brainer: pay more and pollute or protect the environment, help a family in need, and pay less in the long run.
