We had water damage in our family room, needing mold remediation. Brian and his team were wonderful. They communicated clearly, promptly and every step of the way. Brian was exceptional. I dreaded initially having to learn and deal with different processes in this incident. Brian was patient in explaining every thing in details, making the process so easy. Thank you Brian!!!

I was quoted two different quotes based upon the scope of the work on how many days were needed. 4200 for two days and 5800 for 3 days work based upon a room that was going to have the original flooring ripped out along with the entire subfloor. The total work hours done were exactly 16 (though conveniently they had to show up the third day for an hour). I didn't even have them do the cleanup as I opted to leave the plastic up while i finished the job of replacing the flooring myself . One third of the subfloor was ripped up as it wasn't necessary with the damage done. I figured 4200 was more than compensatory for the minimal work done. After a month long back and forth I just paid 5200...... In essence I will not be using this company for future endeavors and I highly suggest looking for other companies that are more honest with their prices.

No one dreams of waking up to find a leak in their home- much less to find they also have asbestos and was to consider. Brian took what was a stressful situation and put my mind at ease tremendously. Not only is he extremely kind and personable, he is very thorough and is in constant communication with you throughout the experience. I received a follow up phone call when all was said and done to ensure that the work was done to our standards- and to ensure the workers left a clean job site at the end. I hope to never have another issue like this again (fingers crossed) but I know who I will call if it does! Thank you for being so kind. Thank you for the prompt timeline. Thank you for being with us start to finish and being a good human along the way.
