ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY RENTERS AND BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Borderline harassment to be the only house in this court to receive a violation if installing a, if not thee, smallest wifi security camera available in the market in my carport. All the while 5 of the other 6 houses in this court have security cameras far more visible than mine, and they received no citations. Since when can a bunch of Karens dictate how my property and family are protected let alone monitored? Trash HOA rules, and even worse "security monitors".

Hmmm. As much as I'd like to, I can't. HOA takes great care of the property but leaves much to be desired with home owners. All in all, gotta take the good with the bad. Best to either turn a blind eye or join the board.

We have lived here more than 30 years. The Hoa is great at maintaining the grounds. It is a peaceful place to live. It is clean and is kept to a standard. The security is friendly and always around. The office is helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated. Thank you for keeping Mesa Village the beautiful place it is.
