Terrible customer service. Unwilling to help when you finally get threw to somebody. After typing in your social Security number in the beginning of the phone call when someone finally answers they ask for membership I.D. Or social Security number. If your using the app you won’t be able to see your membership I.D. So a foreigner probably in another country constantly demands your social security number and is not willing to help you retrieve your membership I.D. Company is a joke and is probably partially the reason people’s identity’s are being stolen. Two thumbs down. Oh and the credit boost complete joke I was trying for a week to upload cell phone bill never works always an automated message saying everyone is trying the same thing system is down. Lol system stays down. That’s the reason I called but can’t seem to get any help from any one who cares. I’ve tried 6 times so far to call everytime a complete waste of time and life. Pathetic company!!!

So, far my family & I have signed up for identity theft protection, through experian, it has plans for individual $19/monthly or family $29/monthly premium+, includes upto 5 children accounts, and 2 parent accounts, for $29 per month. So far it's working we were able to lock our credit, against illegal use on the dark web.

I cannot reach anyone at this company to update the information in my credit file. I have called and I just get an *unhelpful* automated voice that hangs up on me. Apparently there are no real people at this company since they never answer the phone.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Questionable Business practices in which you sign up for a free trial and then they hide in their T&C that you will be automatically subscribed to their most expensive membership. They also do not notify you that they are charging you, you basically just have to find out for yourself. They do not provide customer support or any sort of onboarding sequence via email. they basically are a very fraudulent company. Had a conversation today with them and they do not care. They also have their call center in India, so there is no connection in that regard. I will never, ever do business or suggest them in my entire life based on my experience. I never even write reviews, but felt compelled. I will continue to find other avenues to give them bad reviews, as they don't care if I do.
