I’ve used BNOTICED to do our giveaways for two events in the last (12) months. My questions were always answered in quick manner and the level of customer service is exceptional. As far as product, the prices are reasonable and the quality is very good. All items arrived on time and we received many compliments on the finished project. I would highly recommend using BNOTICED if you need promotional items/ gifts made for your upcoming event!

I shopped 2 sources for some bottle openers. BNoticed and one I've used previously. BNoticed responded to some questions I had. I selected a product and they walked me through all the info they needed. I place and order and they kept me posted on the status and delivery. Best of all, the package arrived 2 days early and the final product was even better than I had expected. I WILL do business with BNoticed again. And their people all seemed very nice and interested in getting things done correctly.

I had been fighting with another company for over a month, and it was one excuse after another with why they couldn't get the product we were trying to order, and that we had ordered previously. I got fed up, and started searching for a new source. I came across Bnoticed, after trying several other companies that gave me no response. Bnoticed responded to me the same day I sent in my inquiry. Every question I had, they responded to the same day. They were very easy to work with, and super helpful, (and a better price and quality than the other company). They were also super upfront, since I was ordering in the middle of December ( busy season for everyone) they were honest about shipping times, and made sure I didn't need my product sooner. I got an email on the day they had estimated my product would ship, saying they shipped! and best of all, my boss loves the new product. They are higher quality, they are better material and they did not ship from China, which is where we were going to have to get our product from, from the other company.
All around the best customer service, and great product. We will be ordering from them again.
