To start off the sim card I recieved was ruined when the employee cut it too small for iphone 5 instead of 4s and now I have a crappy sike card inside of an adapter, bought an international plan to call to mexico and for a week now have not been able to call to any international numbers and was told I did not have to dial a number like a calling card to call internationally which was a lie, and the calling plan that I paid for and added to my plan was not added to my account according to customer service, and now I am told by the store employee that I cannot be helped over the phone. All questions that I asked to the emoloyee where answered with I think so's and I dont knows which leads me to believe these people dont know crap about the products they are selling and just want to make their quick dollar. Very bad customer service from this store, buyer be warned
