I had gone to other flooring companies only to be told we can't get this base... but at Geneva they went the extra mile and then some to find the product I needed for this customer. Then after having some shipping problems they stepped in and went over and above to get it to there store. I will definitely use them on future jobs..

Three months ago I wrote a review regarding Geneva Flooring. They had just completed the installation of Luxury Vinyl Plant in my kitchen and dining room. I commented extensively on the extraordinary assistance and expertise that Christine and Carrie provided to me with product selection, budget, timing and a host of different issues. I also noted the often overlooked importance of having the best possible installer on your project. The gent on my job was Nuno Barbosa. Nuno wasnt just good he was amazing. Anyway, that was three months ago. Subsequently, I found a need to replace some flooring and baseboards in a rental poetry I own in Poway. With the deepest amount of trust and confidence, I called upon Christine, Carrie and Nuno to handle the job. At the time I initiated our initial conversation I thought, can they really replicate the 10 Star performance from 3 months back? I was so utterly pleased with the first job I thought Geneva really has no where to go but go down in performance. Lightening only strikes somewhere once, right? Well, in fact, it did strike twice for me. I cannot state that Genevas overall performance the second time around was better than the first job simply because the first wasperfect in every way! What the second job did confirm for me was that the first job wasnt a fluke or a one-off. This is simply the way Geneva and their talented team work every day, every job, every client, every time! Christine, Carrie and Nuno.if you have a need for flooring, I very strongly suggest you call Geneva!
