Excellent craftsmanship and delivered results ahead of timeline. Started job before anticipated start date and then worked over the weekend to get the job done early. Brighten Flooring was great! So flexible and patient. The crew (Christian and Carlos) arrived on time every day. They were always willing to answer questions. David was very responsive and on top of things. He was also able to move the schedule around for us, which was so helpful! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. I am happy that we chose Brighten Flooring for our carpet installation. David was very knowledgeable about the various products and was patient in explaining all of the pros and cons to various materials, patterns, and colors. I felt comfortable that we were in the right hands. We ordered the carpet and were delighted that the shipment arrived a little ahead of schedule. The weather wasn't cooperating on our install date so David was very helpful in figuring out a way get the carpet installed sooner than expected.
