CAR RENTAL CAFE

I showed up 45 minutes before they closed to the shuttle area and i called them to let them know i was ready to be picked up on their shuttle. They said the shuttle would be there soon. I waited and called them 2 more times and they said the shuttle was on the way. I was sitting in the rain with my young daughter. They still didnt show up. I called again and they informed me that the shuttle drive had decided to go home early. They never showed up to the pickup area. This left me stranded and i had to rush and find another rental car through Expedia. It is dishonest for them to not provide a refund when they didnt do their job and they left me with my young daughter stranded out in the rain.

Don't be fooled by the cheap booking price. You will get hit with fees/bogus insurance at the counter.

We rented from them no problem and they accommodated us with a good deal even though it was a last minute same day week long rental. They allowed us to rent without a credit card with a modest deposit, which was promptly returned to us upon bringing the car back.

Don't rent a car from "car rental cafe". They are rude and they lie! Trust me , you don't want either, specially when you are on vacation. I wouldn't even give this place a "one star" if I had the option. Don't fall in their scam. They take you with their van to this location from airport for free shuttle back to airport and a cheaper price. None of which is true. We were charged twice the price and told there was no shuttle back to airport when we dropped off the car. We had to take Uber back to airport under rain. And got part of our money back after speaking to one of the supervisors. they tell you one thing when they try to get your business , and do another thing when they are done with you.
