I get it! EVERYBODY'S BUSY! However, they called back the same day, understood the problem and scheduled an appointment. Great service, problems solved within an hour. Will use them again.

Easiest installation I've ever had. Victor my service tech was very communicative and even early to my appointment. Installation took less than 20 min and speeds were off the chart (something ridiculous like 600 down) during the test. Haven't been this excited to use internet in a long time.
