    Would not recommend Cox wireless. Was charged $100 for technician visit for failure to self-install when there was a technical issue with the router. The technician left insufficient notes resulting in me being charged for Cox sending me a faulty router. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with customer & was not given clear & direct answer. Would not trust your technicians, clearly benefit on taking advantage of their customers.

    A puppy bit up my Cox remote and I went to the Cox Store hoping to get a replacement. I was greeted immediately and was provided a replacement remote without any issues or questions. We had a good conversation and I was thrilled I didnt have to purchase the remote.

    The CoxComm internet provider installation was quick, informative and friendly. Their internet service has been interruption free for the entire 5+ year duration. Because of personal complications I have had to cancel their service and it was, for me, a strange new experience. You see, CoxComm did not try to buy dissuade me with the standard service termination stalling tactics. I was not bounced around from this to that department. I didn't have to repeat why-I-do or engage in what-they-can-do conversations. I was actually a bit unsettled by their quick and friendly, easy to understand, no-questions-asked customer service person and policy. Returning their modem to my local store was an expedited, no wait, friendly in-and-out. In short, my CoxComm internet provider made the beginning, the duration and the end of our relationship so everybody-should that I truly regret having to leave.
