Bad service. I came in between 12:25pm n 12:40pm on October 5th 2022 I just wanted to get some information of what I need to start up an account and the woman at the desk had a very rude tone when speaking to me as if I was being a inconvenience to her. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Phitsamai Noraphat has the worst customer service skills. She was completely unhelpful and rude. She should work where she doesnt need to converse with customers.

I stopped by to use the ATM today to deposit cash. The ATM broke down on me and took my money with no receipt or anything. I immediately go inside to let the teller know. He tells me to wait an hour because there manager just went on break.. really unprofessional. I get a call back later saying i have to file a claim. And now Im being told this could take up to 45 days.. i know the teller or agent who helped could care less, but this experience has been awful!

We have so many issues banking for our business with this bank dont use them. Trust me they are not a business bank.
