My case was incredibly difficult, and although it too a long whole to actually resolve it, the firm was very patient and informative of the process along the way. When the auto manufacturer refused to comply, mine was a case that went to trial. They were able to explain my frustrations at not being taken seriously, and how their lack of action with my car caused me personal harm. The jury found in my favor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels lost in the process of simply trying to get their car fixed properly, or bought back by the manufacturer. I simply can't say enough about them.
