Possibly the best FTC attorney in the country right now.
I contacted Richard after seeing him interviewed on CNN pertaining to FTC and a well known celebrity. I always do my due diligence when hiring anyone for my company and I'm privileged to know a few very good lawyers in other specialties. When I mentioned Richard's name they immediately said he's one of the top 3 FTC lawyers in the country. During our first conversation he took time and explained to me the complexities of the law and what he could do and what I had to watch out for. He's very straightforward and pulls no punches because he's passionate about his work and truly cares about his clients. He has navigated me through some very perilous situations and I would trust my company to no one but Richard.
