Cedar Shores Apartments

Myself and my partner live in one of the spacious studios facing the bay. We honestly can not say enough good things about this place! Karla, Elasio and Armando are superb they take care of anything you need and are always going above and beyond to maintain a wonderful living environment for the building. Location is everything living here too, right on the bay you can cycle and run right on your door step. Peacefully away from busy pb crowds but close enough to everything you may need. Cannot wait to see what the new renovations have in store. We will be staying as long as theyll have us

I lived there for about a year and a half, it is a very nice place close to the beach, the staff are very friendly they work as a team they are really like family, always ready to help with any problem in the apartment, the manager Karla is very kind and approachable to help with anything you need about the property, she is truly a leader keeping all staff working as a team, she is ready to help anyone in the apartment, i am so grateful for all the support that they gave to me when I lived there, thank you Cedar Shores!

Beautiful views.....nice management......WAY too many bugs...spiders, roaches, silverfish and termites.........huge water bugs......Moved back way up north........tropical is not for me....

I lived here years ago and went back to the website to reminisce. I loved living here. Great memories with great management. The cockroaches were a shock (bc Im fr Michigan and have never seen them before) but if you live near the water theyre not uncommon). The cost has really gone up. Back in 1989 I was paying $495 for a studio I believe. Regardless a great place.

I lived at Cedar Shores for a few years and it was a very positive experience. The location is great (I was in a studio facing the bay) as is in a quiet beautiful area of Pacific Beach right near Mission Bay. The studio are very spacious and those with vaulted ceilings are wonderful as so much light comes in. All interactions I had over the years with management & maintenance teams were very positive. Staff is friendly, professional, helpful and creates a great place to live. Any repairs I needed were always taken care of without delay and communication with management was effortless. I highly recommend this complex mainly based on the location, the studio design and the amazing staff.
