I didnt rent from this community but I wanted to say thank you to the Ivory, the lease specialist. She was very professional and helpful. She gave me a tour of the property, shared all the important information, and followed up with me to know whether Im interested or not. Great service Ivory and keep it up.

Carla the manager and the Monday morning phone operator of this building was unhelpful when I was trying to flag an animal that was barking for a week and potentially under threat/pain with no owner insight. I am shocked with the communication and lack of care for this community, animals, and building. Overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional. Would think hard before living here. If issues arise nothing maybe done to remediate the problem. Yikes!

All of the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. It isnt one of those complexes where nobody speaks to anyone. Youll see kids playing outside, people enjoying the pool, and one lady in particular next to the leasing office with an amazing patio garden. Any issues have been addressed quickly and there are still positive changes in the works for the complex. Ivory is the sweetest and Jose is outstanding. They both go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of. Welcome home!

Its been only a year since the new management took over and already raised the rent %10 twice (1st time the minute they took over 2nd jsut now). Also, they keep changing the parking assignment the most recent one 2 weeks ago when they made the spots so small that isn't convenient and in fact not easy to park at all, this can easily cause damage to neighbors cars because how close the cars are to each other. They are so greedy, they just wanted to profit from renting extra spots for $100. Please dont waste your money here. The new management's goal is to do what it takes to get rid of old tenants, so they can bring in new tenants to charge them what they call "market price", every single question we asked them so far they gave us a wrong and misleading answer. If you are planning to move to this area this isn't the right option first its very old built in 1970's 2nd nothing is included with the very high rent nothing not even trash (you pay water, gas, trash, sewer, insurance) they are so many other newly built communities with some utilities included that deserve what u pay for.
