I will be living at Villa Pacifica 55+ apartments13 years next month.  I have given reviews over the years but probably erased them inerror.  Although V.P. is an independent  55+living facility there are neighbors that arefriendly and willing to offer help.  We do havemaintenance availability at the property butas you get older you need help hanging apicture and I wouldn't bother requesting maintenance for something so trivial.Now for the main reason I am writing.There have been 4 different communitymanagers in the period I have lived @ VPand I never had a complaint about their work or cooperation.Our new manage, Sara Manning has beenhere a few months so I wanted to offer myopinion of her.  She is always immaculately dressed and never too busy to listen toanything you have to say regarding livingat V.P.  She always greets neighbors and even remembers their names which is something I couldn't do unless they wore name tags. If maintenance is needed you can drop a request in Sara's inboxor go on the Sunrise portal to request it.Last week the problem was fixed so quickly that I wasn't even aware of it being done.I could say much more about Sara Manning but I just wanted Sunrise Mgmt. to knowthat they excelled when bringing Saraon board.Sincerely,Stan Pickus  Apt. # 107

This is the absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in. STEER CLEAR!!!

We were delighted to find this beautiful apt. for my son.  The views are absolutely amazing.  Big balconies.  Apt was in great move in condition.   You can feel safe living in building.  Maintenance keeps property immaculate.  Darlene is a pleasure to work with.

Thin walls, lots of cockroaches, no AC making the apt unbearable on Summer. Drug addicted neighbors and people next you renting for people to sleep in their living room. I wanted to save money and regreat so much for all the headaches.
