By far the best ambulance company i ever worked for..
i worked in Liberty Ambulane (A.L.S.) in Los Angeles County
a sister company of CARE Medical transport...
i also worked in San Diego for CARE Ambulance...
The best supervisors iever, they were very understanding of mi needs to achieve a higher place in the EMS system.

My father was transported from my house to Kaiser his transport it was very painful and possibly were sent his neck injury do to very poor stabilization methods

Rude staff, don't follow city regulations or respect others at medical buildings. Management continues to battle with this company that pull up and block red curbs, handicap ramps and loading zones for other patients for long periods of time because they do not believe city regulations and laws apply to them. They prevent other patients from accessing safe areas for drop offs. Not an ethical company or employees.

In America when you are unable to make it to a doctor's appointment, most of the time you have to cancel it 24 hours before missing it or you will get charged the cost of the visit. QME appointments are about $500 a pop and I have now missed 2 QME doctor appointments because these men fail to confirm transportation before 24 hours in advance of the appointment and they call after 5pm to confirm with less than 24 hours notice before the appointment. Absolutely unacceptable and incompetent. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY MAKE IT TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Also, they call you from personal numbers and not a professional one which is really creepy and off-putting. I am happy I never had to meet or ride with any of them. STAY AWAY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THESE GUYS WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.
