This company did service a few years back. I have called them again to do service and it took several voicemails to get a call back. Then I received a call from a tech and gave tenants information to schedule. Tenant let me know days later still have not heard back from them. I have then called again and left several voicemails to call back and still no response. Terrible customer service and too much effort to try and get a call back. Too bad for them because they're loosing business. Going with a company that knows how to provide customer service and calls back. Can I rate this company 0 stars!??!
