She updated us on everything so we always knew what to expect. She was kind and empathetic and straightforward. I lived at the falls for about a year and I wanted to share how great of an experience I had living here. Since day 1, Susan has been an amazing help to my partner and I and has made the whole process of moving in an effortless and positive experience. She always made sure that our needs were met the few times we had maintenance requests, has always had a cheerful and positive upbeat attitude. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to keeping tenants happy. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spacious, and the environment is full of trees and a nice large park across the street. Parking has never been an issue for us as there is open uncovered parking available for guests. I have had a great experience living here thus far and have no complaints.
