I lived bottom floor, corner unit, lakeside by the dock, 8yrs. The geese and ducks can be a bit loud at times but that's part of charm of living on the lake.

I have been here for over a year now. We have had our issues all taken care of by management. We love living on the lake side we have taken our kayaks out many times. For the price is it perfect. Sucks to not have laundry in unit and parking gets difficult but you pay for what you get. Every neighbor we have met has been so friendly and welcoming. We are staying longer than we planned because it has become home.

Improved Tenant Experience I have had some minor issues living at Westlake Apartments but there was nothing that Lydia and Lizette did not resolve. They went above and beyond to improve every minor hiccups we had living here. This is by far the safest apartment complex to live in. I am all by myself on most of the nights and there is always a security checking all the units to make sure we are safe and sound. We are so close to grocery outlet, shell service station, walgreens , baskin robbins and that makes our life so much easier .
