Contracted Creative Patio Works to install a louvered/motorized Equinox patio cover in a new backyard.  Alex and his team worked closely with our landscaper and pool builder.  Pool builder took longer than expected and CPW was prompt in moving along soon after getting the green light.  Alex was always available by text and phone.  He was also able to adjust the size of the structure on the fly when we needed one of the sides a little longer than initially planned.  CPW seems to be one of the few companies in the area that can install louvered shade structures.  We were initially trying to decide between Apollo and Equinox and Alex said Equinox had better reliability and quality.  They hand dug all 4 of the footings (3 x 3 x 3 feet!) in the hot sun and cleaned up the job site every day.  The frame of the structure is black and they made sure everything matched (downspout, transformer box, electrical outlets).  They were able to add on smart home controls and automatic rain sensors for a fair price.

I would like to thank Alex for returning my call so promptly. I am from So. Cal. My wife and I are looking at installing an Alumawood standalone pergola in our backyard and we received two different quotes apples to oranges. So I thought if I called an alumawood dealer out of our area to get an objective opinion regarding the alumawood product. Alex looked up the engineering specs and called me back and gave a very direct and concise answer. Which will definitely help in our decision. So thank you to Alex for his help. Gregg

Beautiful patio  and competitive prices (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive). The office staff and Alex were very responsive via phone and email. Scheduling everything was quick. The initial estimate was timely and once the material arrived the patio installation was scheduled and installed quickly. I did have to wait about 3 months for materials , but that has nothing to do with them. I had several outlets added and the price they charged was reasonable. Very happy with end product.

We Love our Patio Cover! Great Product, Excellent Installers, Fast Installation and we couldn't be more Pleased! The City Inspector liked the Product and the Installers so much he recommended them to his Friend in Sacramento,  and she ordered one as well as a Co-worker of mine! Thank you Creative Patios!!
