Please get better about answering the phone. Or have set hours when we can make appointments by phone. Since every time I can always have to call so many times it is annoying to even be able to speak with someone. I love Dr. Tracy. Hope that this phone thing gets better. Make it easier for people to call please.

If i can give them negative star they would have earned -10 stars by now. I do not recommend nobody to go to them. Horrible place.

Be certain YOU get all the facts before committing to any type of surgery. Beware of going to the Sutter surgical center in SAC. 60-80 per day factory! Not all related to vision, of course. BUT a true assembly line style. Dr. Grant was my surgeon. Frankly he wasn't 100% forthcoming about my "eyelid" procedure & it failed! Now waiting another surgery at UD Davis. Thus far about 100 days.

Its not hyperbole to say this is the worst vision practice Ive ever been to. The first words Dr. Peabody said when he entered the exam room was Your vision missed the mark. I had to ask him to elaborate, and he became rather annoyed. My vision isnt great, and I was expecting a bit more knowledge and professionalism. I wish I hadnt wasted time filling out the medical history paperwork, which they sent me in the mail and clearly didnt read. I have a complicated history with my eyesight, which I explained to the receptionist over the phone. She recommended Dr. Peabody, and he was a huge disappointment. The nurse was also incredibly unhelpful. They say they have an automated appointment reminder system, but I never got a reminder. Thank goodness I set one on my phone. It doesnt take 20/20 vision to see that this practice is subpar. A horrendous experience.

The doctors are very good. I've seen Dr. Peabody for years. However, leaving a message on voicemail is a waste of time. My husband and I have never received a call back after leaving numerous messages. Calling several times is the only way to speak to someone.
