Wow! I had so many different frames to chose from and Matthew really went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. His customer service gets a 10 out of 10 in my books. Im super satisfied with my new Versace frames and I will definitely be back for another pair! Thank you so much!

The employee at the store who helped me was very kind and friendly. I needed to get glasses fixed as they were dented and he fixed them up no problem. And they felt brand new. I will be back soon!

The WORST service ever. It took 6 weeks to get my prescription sunglasses. After 2 phone calls of inquiry with no action taken and a false promise (by Matthew) to overnight my sunglasses when they did come in -  the last straw was when I had to listen to his apology once again that he forgot to overnight them. So they came in the weekend after Labor Day. I've decided I will not be back to Eyeglass Charlie's.   I was looking forward to wearing my new glasses at many Summer events.  But that never happened. I I hope Louetta see's this review and finds better staff.

They don't carry no designer glasses that they show pictures of on there website (like the gucci ones)

Amazing customer service! Stopped in for the first time yesterday and he was so kind to adjust my driving glasses that were way too loose because they were improperly measured that I got somewhere else. Then he helped me pick out a pair of prescription sunglasses! He was very helpful and kind!
