It will be one year, in January, waiting on a measly $2000 prize. I have spent hours researching their regulations. I feel like a Winner, just can't get paid. A mysterious person claimed my prize but without the signed ticket???!
I quit buying scratchers and I have saved almost $3000! F Them. I am now writing the governor for assistance hoping he can help a disabled Vet.

I LOVE PLAYING SCRATCH TICKETS FROM THE CALOTTERY. BUT I HATE THE SERVICE YOU GET BACK FROM THEM WHEN YOU CLAIM A PRIZE. 18 WEEKS FOR A 1000 DOLLAR TICKET? VERY CONVENIENT FOR THEM. JUST IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAD DIED WAITING FOR THEIR PRIZE CHECK? AND I GUESS AT THE END THE CALOTTERY KEEPS THOSE CHECKS PRIZES.
18 WEEKS VERY CONVENIENT. I'M JUST ADDING THESE 3 NAMES THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP ME GETTING MY PRIZE
BUT THEY DID NOTHING:( MONICA AGUALLO,GEORGE MUNOZ AND VIVIAN ARMENTA) IS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRIZE

Yes indeed a scam they rarely give out prizes i just purchased 14 of cross word mystery for $140...
Because supposedly
There is still prizes left with no winner just 2 tickets not worth it....no prizes
No purchase.... For every million they give out they make 30mil....so they need to put prizes out nobody is going to purchase there non winning tickets..
I did the math and kept track i lost $6000 ....won back
$1200...they profited
$4800...if they do that to everyone that buys tickets ...plus there's tickets state there is 13 top remaining prizes left for long periods of time after tickets sold out of retailers you would think someone would of hit the top prize.....

The California lottery scratches are being rigged scammed or whatever you're doing to it. I have been over 25 lottery tickets the scratches friends had one so much people I've talked to have bonds tickets and there are no winners out there not even if you wanted your ticket back or anything. Those had to pay off a billionaire and now all the scratches are paying for that! It's not right people play at least to win a ticket back but it is a scam now!!
