        I've been with AllState for the last 25 years. Never had a problem. Any time I need to call on their services, there's no nit picking. Of course it would be great if everthing was cheaper but we're talking about Insurance here - no free lunch. One thing I will say though, in every accident where it was my word against another, it always ends up being 100% my fault. I don't know how this stuff works, but it seems they're not the best at arguing their customer's case.

        I actually dont know what I would be rating... I just pay my insurance bill and thats all. I cant seem to get a hold of anyone and when I finally do, that person cant help and they transfer me all over the place. Not sure of what an insurance agent is for? Claims department takes forever to return phone calls and messages and you are not in good hands if you get in an accident especially if it wasnt your fault. Truthfully and respectfully.
