GEICO Insurance Agent

Hand down Geico is the worse insurance  company  I ever had , been with geico over 7years and they decided to cancel my service for no reason , wouldn't  even give me a courtesy call or text , so I made the payment through  the automated system  and that was the only way i could get someone on the line , and after they took my money they informed me my insurance  was still canceled !!! Advised me to wait 15 days than go online to the Geico app to see if they would qualify  me for insurance  again, they pull this right before the New Year and Christmas,  worse insurance I ever had !!!!

If I could give a 0 stars rating I would. I got into a vehicle accident on September 29th, 2022 and still have not been paid out by the other carrier, Geico. They said, they only have 5k total to pay out myself and the other party. This was a 3 party accident and I was at no fault. Please DO NOT buy Geico!!!

Trash. Complete garbage. Repairs done to the vehicle failed 3 times brake lever fell of...throttle stuck "separate incident" then find out frame was bent. And everyone missed it so they MADE ME go back to the shop that messed up the first 3 time to have it frame swapped. Couldn't reach a supervisor wouldn't email me call or reach out at all. Agent horacio supervisor was Llama hope nobody ever has to deal with them.
