Would absolutely build with Jeff Grenz again!
Such a professional, trustworthy, responsive individual.
We had been on a home hunt for over a year when finally my husband and I took a leap and decided to build a home when we just didn't find what we were looking for (we wanted a bright home with lots of natural light).
I was nervous about building a home because we've all heard of the horror stories of contractors who don't stay on budget or who abandon projects etc. We called several builders. Some never ever returned our phone calls. Some we met and just did not get a good vibe from. My husband found Jeff's information on Houzz. We called Jeff. He is SO incredibly responsive. When we met him, we instantly got a sense that we could trust this guy. We did our due diligence and visited a home he completed and sat with the homeowners for a good hour to ask about their experience with Jeff. They spoke very positively of him so we decided to go with him to build our home.
Jeff is very knowledgeable and intelligent when it comes to building homes. He has vast experience (I think his dad and brother are also builders). Jeff was easy to work with. He listened to us. He was always responsive to calls/texts (even after we moved in) and very communicative. He visited the site regularly. If something was not to our liking, he would do everything to make sure it was. He was trustworthy and stayed on budget. Never did we feel he was trying to overcharge us or swindle us. The quality of the work on our house is excellent.
We are extremely pleased with our home building experience and would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat. Service: Project management
