They forgot to put a gutter downspout on the gutter so when it rained the water would overflow and damaged the gutter and prevented the water from draining away from the house properly. I called them and sent them pictures and they refused to come out and stall a downspout saying that it was too late. I had to pay out of my pocket to have a company install a downspout from the gutter.

Purchased one of their last West Sacramento built homes. Between the closing and the end of our one year warranty, they had moved on to a Nevada project. It took months for them to finally come out and finish the warranty work.
