Med Alert Medical Transport

Today we had to find emergency transportation for a patient who's ride fell through. Milo was able to get a driver to the location with in an hour and he was kind and helpful. We will definitely use Med Alert in the future.

The Vans have metal on metal brake failure the drivers pick you and I can smell the marijuana. They are never on time. If they even show up. The owner Milo is very unprofessional. When I call to ask about late drives I was told "if you don't like it go somewhere else. I have other paitents." Stay away for your own safety.

Milo has been very good to me. I have always had my ride on time. Milo has went beyond normal service to give me excellent service. My client had to change company's and so far Med Alert has been great. Our client lives alone, is blind and can't make his own arrangements at times. The owner has stepped up to accommodate his needs whenever possible. We are very appreciative of him. His drivers will call owner for Thomas when they are present if Thomas has a need to change plans due to his health issues. There are times he has no one available to him to drive to medical appointments or change appointments due to health care being provided at the time. The follow up calls from this company to our client because of special needs is heartwarming.
