Customer service was great, the two people I spoke to were kind and very knowledgeable. When I called and requested a quote, they quoted me $664 for tires. I told them that sounded great and proceeded scheduling an appointment to have the tires ordered and installed. Upon check out, the price was $140 more than what I was originally quoted for. When I inquired about it, the person said that they charge an additional $140 for install. I explained how that was not disclosed in the original quote. The rep stated that some customers just want the tires ordered not installed. However, I specifically had them do both. I explained how it was a bit frustrating as I wasnt prepared to pay more than I was quoted for and that I couldve gone to another place and ordered better tires for $800 with installation included. No credit or refund was offered. I really value customer service and they were kind and patient, however, I would not recommend them due to their misquoted, and deceptive pricing.

I will not go anywhere else for any tire service I may need. All employees are extremely courteous and always attentive to my concerns.

Very friendly staff. Cory was amazing. He explained very well what work was needed on my car. Reasonable prices. Will go them to them to get new tires at all times.

Cory and team provided excellent customer service! I had brought my AR Stelvio Qv in for lowering spring installation and alignment. It took a couple of times to get the alignment dialed in due to the complicated suspension of my vehicle. They were excellent in communicating extra time was needed so they could ensure the measurements were within specs. I will definitely bring our other vehicles here when services are needed. Thanks again!
