Kerrie in the service department exemplifies what customer service truly means. I bring both my vehicles to him and he is ALWAYS on top of his communication and never over promises or under delivers. Sorry to see the bad reviews because I had a great experience with the service department. Had engine trouble with my adventure van and turns out the fix was an entire engine replacement. Greg and James were stellar at communicating throughout the process. Work was done right and I never felt taken advantage of. Their service alone renewed my faith in Dodge as a company and I hope they are recognized for their efforts.

Not cool .. called them about tire repair because of a nail and they said they couldnt do it and would have to leave it until tomorrow .. i always get my car worked on here however if they cant do full service on such a simple item I will have to rethink my decision.

Horrible place to try to buy a car. When my husband and I walked in all employees looked at us and completely ignored us, luckily Acura is next door and bought a car there.
