        This doctor prescribed tests not covered by insurance, further their office is very mismanaged. They called me at work 2 years after a visit and demanded fees. Very rude and unprofessional doctor. Avoid at all costs.

        This doctor will run tests that are not covered by your insurance. He won't even tell you he is charging you for things, he will just do it. Very unethical.
