Mar. 2024 update: I've been with Dr. Singh about 2 years. While there have been times when it has been difficult to contact Dr. Singh or his office, they have overall been good and recently have made some changes to help them get things moving faster. Before choosing him to be your doctor I would STRONGLY recommend to contact them and ask them honestly how busy they are with patients. In the past they told me they were "slammed" and communication was difficult. When you're actually talking to Dr. Singh he's GREAT, just set your expectations accordingly if they are busy. ------------------------------------------------------------ So far, excellent doctor, much better than my last. Decent wait times, very good assistant, listens well.

They were supposed to refer my brother to specialist, 70 days passed, but no referral. I called in, said THEY FORGOT. My parents visited him 10 days ago, and he ordered him blood work. Today we are in Quest, and Quest says no order is in! I don't know which kind of medical administration is this? AVOID AVOID AVOID. Edit: 4/19/24 My brother tried for 12 months to see a specialist with this doctor but was unsuccessful. The front office staff were rude and dishonest. After 6 months of follow-ups, we were referred to an online dermatologist, who couldn't diagnose the issue over the phone. Despite 18 months of being under their care, we never saw them in person. Fortunately, my brother changed doctors and saw a specialist within 20 days. It feels like a scam. How can California allow this to happen to people?

Nearly impossibly to be seen, office staff is rude and voicemail box is almost always full. Don't expect anyone to answer the phone, you will end up with a text message and then left on read. Dr. does phone apointments and diagnoses without seeing his patients. The lack of care is beyond belief. Stay away from this practice.
