The service advisors here are super nice and helpful. They will go above and beyond to help you with the various recalls and other issues that show such has cvt transmission leak and sensor airbag replacement that wasnt yet on the recall list. Best service at a dealer ive been too. I no longer own a subaru but i will miss the serive experience the most. Bring your car here and they will take care of you! **Update, the gm did take care of the problem. He got the issue fixed through my extended warranty. Although I still feel it should have been addressed prior. I do appreciate his fast response at handling everything. It shouldn't have to go though a gm if it was questioned at time of service. I don't take bake the service department needing to change but I do still choose auto nation Subaru for my car buying at this time.** Service department needs to be fixed. Went in to get a service done only to find out they over looked an issue from my previous service appointment and are now charging $1400 to fix it when it should have been fixed under warranty three months ago . Funny how they didn't see the problem at my first appointment and now it is all of a sudden there (they stated this never happens so fast) although I had a great buying experience their service department needs to step it up and fix things that need fixed at the time it occurs. To top it off I called the service department to discuss my concerns and they never called me back. Was looking forward to work with them all again, now I am not so sure .

Cory was great, everything was transparent and honest. I'm going with another dealership due to price, but otherwise would trust this dealership with my business if the price was a little lower. Good experience overall.
