Placed an order online through Amazon. Flowers weren't fresh like promised. They came all mashed and dead.

I ordered flowers for my girfriend, and the flowers that were delivered did not look anything like what was in the picture.  I called and spoke to the same lady that I spoke to the day before - Hillary - and explained the situation.  I asked for either a discount or to have the right arrangement delivered.  Her customer service was horrible.  She was very argumentative.  At the beginning of the conversation, she said she did not remember talking to me because she has spoken with 200+ people in the last day, then when I explained the situation, she all of sudden remembered exactly who I was and said that I did not order what I said I did.  Even worse - she was laughing through the whole thing like it was a joke.  She did not know that the day before I took a screen shot of the flowers that I ordered.  My girlfriend sent me a picture of the flowers that she received, and they looked like a less expensive version of what I ordered, with less flowers and more filler crap. I paid good money to have the flowers delivered.  And I dont beleive that my request was anything out of the ordinary.  I just wanted the flowers I ordered.I will not be using Kabloom again.....

Awesome customer service, and I love the ability to order online.Beautiful flowers that last a long time.I ordered flowers on the morning of my Wife's birthday and they were delivered before 2:00PM.Very satisfied!

I ordered flowers for my aunt through Teleflora via Kabloom.I should have read the reviews on Yelp first.  The arrangement looked nothing like the photo on Teleflora's website. I called and complained to the owner of this shop and she would do nothing about it. Claiming that she followed through with the order. The arrangement was thin and sparce. I will not use Telefora or Kabloom ever again. The photos on the Telefora and Kabloom websites misrepresent the product and no one will take responsibility. I was very embarrassed by the flower arrangement when I visited my ailing aunt which was the very next day after the delivery. Shoppers beware!!!!!

I ordered flowers today for my wife for her birthday and our anniversary.  The flowers were not even a close representation of what I ordered. I should have checked Yelp before I did. I will never order from them again.  Horrible.
