    I just had a great experience with Hope! She is great at explaining promotions and making sure that you get the best deal that is available. Although she is shorthanded, the store owner really needs to hire more employees, but they have a really great employee in Hope!!!

    Avoid this store! Drive a few more minutes up the freeway and go to another AT&T store.I don't usually write reviews unless it's really bad. We went into this store to switch from Verizon to AT&T and an employee named Roy helped us. From the get-go it was very apparent he had no idea what he was doing and was rude to my wife and I. He was also extremely belittling to the ladies he helped before us. He offered us a promotion for an iPhone 14 Plus and we accepted.  3 days later when the phone was delivered he called us and said that he accidentally gave us a promotion that ended the day before we went in (he lied, I confirmed with AT&T). He rudely said that we had to pay the full $900 price of the phone or bring it back to the store and pay a $56 restocking fee. He said we could fight AT&T if we wanted to get reimbursed for the restocking fee. A red flag I should have picked up on was that during the transaction he kept saying how past customers keep blaming him for fraudulently selling phones. If Roy was friendly or even had a slight idea what he was doing then I could look past this and get over it, but his attitude was terrible and condescending.

    I am enjoying my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was waiting to get one at the Apple store but saw the fantastic deals with AT&T. This store on Crossings in Rocklin has the best service. Thanks to Hope, the sales rep, all my questions were answered. I received outstanding customer service. Hope is outstanding in her technical and customer service skills and abilities. I am referring my family and friends. Glad I didn't wait to go to Apple because my experience was the best ever with Hope at AT&T.

    AT&T makes it almost impossible to cancel internet service. Called in to main AT&T number online, they told me I had to go to an AT&T store. Tried using the "myAT&T app" to no avail. Went to this AT&T store and they told me I had to go to a corporate office. Instead of giving me a phone number or location to a corporate office, the lady working at this store in the evening on Jan 5, 2023 gave me the address of an identical AT&T store a few miles away. HORRIBLE customer service. I'm still trying to cancel my internet service at this time! I'm sure AT&T will take the monthly auto-pay bill from me prior to me figuring out how to cancel service (which of course is exactly what they want).
