The best urgent care Ive been. The staff are friendly, professional, and patient. The PA who was assigned to me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me in detail what my body was experiencing and gave me extra tips on how to feel better.

Im severely hard of hearing and my spouse who tells me what is being said was not allowed in with me. I wear hearing aides and was told I still cant have a hearing person assist me. Zero regard for how this makes me feel. Im waiting and know I wont be able to answer anything or know what instructions are.

Take for ever to see the patient no more for this urgent take them to ER probably faster there

Do not and I repeat Do Not come here. I have been waiting for 3 hours after I was told it would only be an hour to 2 hours wait. After waiting 3 hours they told me it would be another 2 hours. This place does not care about urgency, they will let you die in the waiting room.
