THE WORST ! Do not come to this clinic for the IMMIGRATION PHYSICAL FORM ! I paid over $900 to get this form in 3 days ! They told me that it WILL BE COMPLETED IN 3 DAYS! I got this form in A WEEK!! I choose to come to this clinic since they said I will get it by 3 days max . The clinic delayed the immigration process since they did not have the form ready . I also had to correct their errors on the documents since they did not fill it in correctly. If I didnt notice , the immigration process would of took longer and have to redo the whole physical form process again !! UNORGANIZED AND LIARS! BE CAREFUL! Update year 2024 Our immigration officer denied our case because this clinic used the wrong immigration form .

Do not go to your car and expect them to call for your appointment.. They tend to always forget and I sit for hours waiting

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!! My insurance ovelaped when I got my new insurance through work and my primary canceled a appointment on me so I went here bec my doctor suggested I get to urgent care to get my meds I desperately need the doctor immediately came in the room and said no I'm giving these to you I had to explain it to her again my situation she said i need to look you up in the federal data base then finally came in and said I'm only giving 30 which isn't enough meds to get me to the next appointment she also told me to not to come back so I won't ever worse urgent care I've ver been to got treated like a drug addict with attitude no wonder this place only has 2 stars
