12.26.22I want to compliment employee Thelmy at Riverside, CA location at 2280 GALLERIA AT TYLERRIVERSIDE, CA 92503 for exceptional customer service.  She is very professional, attentive, courteous, friendly, patient and goes the extra mile for her customer: If her store doesn't have an item - Thelmy will search & aquire from another location keeps me from having to travel to multiple locations.My shopping experience is extremely pleasant and I have been a customer for over 15 years. The services I receive from the Riverside, CA location keeps me visiting Thrings Remembered for all my gift giving ideas especially at this location which is 45 miles from my home in Irvine, Ca and there is 2 locations near me but I travel out my way to shop at this location because of the superb quality of customer service.  It is extra special that she knows me as a customer by name in person &  speaking to her on the phone.I give Thelmy and the Riverside Store 10/10 stars.  I will continue being a customer & referring others to Things Remembered for all their gift giving ideas. Awesome items on sale, but what was more impressive was the staff at the Tyler Riverside location.  They went above and beyond to help me & my girlfriend find the perfect gifts.  We actually went back three addition time to purchase more items.  Tess & Thelmey were the girls that helped us, but everyone in the store was fantastic.
