found them online 2 years ago, they are great to work with, we do medium volume runs for our automotive after market components, we've use other companies in the past, and none of them compere to this guys.

I went to get my swing arm and stator cover for my motorcycle engraved and was told to find vector files for them to use so that they would not have to charge me extra/set-up fees. The files I found were not completely to their liking so I was told that they would find better files for me. One of the files that they found and used to do the work contained an error which was supposedly not discovered until one side of the swing arm was being engraved already. So pretty much I was being charged for corrupted files. I asked them for a discount given that there is a flaw on my swing arm and Jaime claimed that it was not their fault for the mistake and that I was well aware of the mishap prior to picking up my swing arm. I attempted to correct Jaime's statement and tell him what I was told but basically he called me a liar. Chris called me back to apologize about the mishap and mis-communication but claimed that there was NOTHING they could do besides give me credit for future work. He also said that he would give me a follow up call weeks ago and I have yet to receive one nor have I received the files that I paid for. All in all, great work, but POOR customer service. I will not be doing business with them again.
